This year I’m seeing lots of kitchen playsets for kids (maybe more kids are eating in because of the bad economy!). Anyway, here’s a great set for only $44.97. This is one of the hottest toys this year, at least according to my 11-year-old son. This model has a spinning aluminum G-tube (whatever that means!). The perfect toy for kids and teens who are too old for toys! $97 from Walmart.

My field expert in the bike department (my 10-year-old son) chose this bike as the coolest boys’ bike around.  It looks like a dirt bike, but is really a regular bike made to look like an XGames model.  Available in green, blue, red, black, silver.  Order from Walmart (and that’s the only place I could find it…and believe me I tried EVERYWHERE!)
